Some people invest in Travel Insurance for this reason.  However, because of the difficulty of re-renting a canceled time segment, we will refund deposits as follows:   Deposits are 90% refundable if cancelled at least 61+ days Prior to Arrival Date.  Deposits are 50% refundable if cancelled 30-60 days Prior to Arrival Date. Deposits are NON-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days Prior to Arrival Date.       OTHER POLICIES: Guests (and their Visitors) must AGREE to abide by all Condo Association Rules and Regulations.
